STATEWIDE GOVERNMENT PURCHASING CONTRACTS
COSTARS
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s cooperative purchasing program and serves as a conduit through which registered and eligible Pennsylvania local public procurement units (LPPUs) and Pennsylvania state-affiliated entities (together “Members”) are able to leverage contracts established by DGS to cost-effectively and efficiently identify suppliers with whom to do business.

NC DOA Statewide Term Contract
This contract is intended to cover the state’s normal requirements for class 8 truck cab and chassis with a gross vehicular weight of 33,000 pounds or larger on an “as needed” basis. The vehicles covered by this contract shall be used to replace trucks that are near end-of-life and to supplement existing fleets that have taken on additional responsibilities.
This is a mandatory statewide term contract for state agencies, departments, institutions, universities, and community colleges – unless exempted by North Carolina general statute. Non-mandatory entities, including schools and local governments, may use this contract as allowed by general statute.
