Website privacy

When you email or call us, you choose the information you provide. This may include your name, business contact details, organization, equipment requirements, delivery needs and documents relevant to your inquiry. We use that information to respond and discuss your requirements.

Email and telephone communications take place through those services; clicking an email link opens your own email application.

We share relevant inquiry information with suppliers when needed to prepare quotes or fulfill orders. Our team and the providers supporting our business email and website also handle information needed for those services.

The current public website provides information, catalog links, telephone links and email links. It does not currently provide online account sign-in, payments, order lookup or an active submission form. Links for those services explain how to contact our team instead.

The website is hosted using Lovable. Hosting and delivery of web pages involve technical information associated with requests to the service. The current design also loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font resources from Google.

Visitor analytics is enabled in our Lovable website configuration. For the published website, this feature provides overall traffic measurements such as page views, traffic sources, device types and visit duration. Lovable describes this feature as aggregate measurement rather than profiling visitors or following them across separate visits.

On our published website at www.ariacss.com we also offer optional Google Analytics 4 measurement. It is off by default. No Google Analytics script is loaded and no Google Analytics cookie is set unless you choose “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves it off, and both choices are always available under “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

If you accept, we measure visits to approved public pages and selections of telephone or email links, recorded only as a general category (sales, support or general). Google Analytics uses pseudonymous cookie identifiers and receives device, browser and technical request information needed to provide this measurement. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, inquiry contents, raw search or query text, contact-link addresses, displayed page titles or referring addresses. Preview, portal and non-public pages are excluded entirely.

Google acts as our processor for this measurement and may set cookies such as_ga on your device. Advertising features, Google signals and personalization are switched off, so this data is not used for advertising. If you later withdraw consent, collection stops immediately and the Google Analytics cookies are removed from your browser. See Google privacy.
