Planning the support elements around the equipment — how it is fielded, supported and kept available through its intended use.
Technical publications and training
Coordination of operator and maintenance documentation and training material appropriate to the delivered configuration.
Spares and maintenance planning
Provisioning discussions for initial spares, consumables and the maintenance approach the using unit expects to follow.
Delivery and configuration documentation
Delivery coordination together with the configuration and acceptance documentation agreed for the project.
Foreign Military Sales (FMS)
Discuss Foreign Military Sales (FMS) requirements with Aria CSS for vehicle and equipment sourcing, supplier coordination and logistics planning. FMS purchases follow the U.S. government-to-government process; availability and support depend on the applicable program and approvals.
