Frequently asked questions

Short answers about working with our team on equipment, purchasing pathways and orders.

Questions and answers

  • How do I discuss an equipment need?

Call or email our team. You can also start from Request a quote, which lists the same phone and email actions.

  • What information should I have ready?

    • The equipment or application you need it for
    • Quantity
    • Delivery location
    • Target timing
    • The purchasing route, if you already know it

None of this is required to start a conversation, and nothing on this site is a price or lead-time guarantee — our team confirms both for your requirement.

  • Where are the equipment catalogs?

On Resources, under Equipment catalogs. Each 2026 catalog opens as a PDF in a new tab.

  • Where can I explore government purchasing paths?

See Contracts for the contract directory and Government contracting for how we support public buyers. Eligibility and scope for your organization must be confirmed with our team before you rely on a pathway.

  • How do I check an existing order?

Contact our team with your order or purchase-order reference and we will check it for you. Order status lists the same phone and email actions — there is no online order search on this site.

  • Are online accounts or portals ready?

Not yet. Online portal access is being prepared. Until then, contact our team directly for quotes, orders, documents and delivery coordination.

  • What details make a quote request useful?

The equipment or application, quantity, delivery location, target timing and any written specification or drawing you already hold. The purchasing path guide lists the same details by buyer type.

  • How do I know which contract to buy through?

Eligibility depends on your organization and the item. Browse the contract directory, then confirm with our team which pathway, authorized seller and configuration apply — a contract being listed does not mean every product is covered by it.

  • Do I need a membership or member number?

Some cooperative purchasing programs ask public agencies to be registered members. Your purchasing office will know your status, and our team can point you at the program's own information. We do not register organizations on their behalf.

  • Are you an authorized seller for the brands shown?

Authorization varies by manufacturer, product line and territory. Our team confirms the authorized selling arrangement for your specific requirement before an order is placed.

  • Can you confirm a lead time?

Lead times depend on the manufacturer, the configuration and the build slot available at the time of order. Nothing on this site is a lead-time commitment — our team confirms current timing when we quote your requirement.

  • Do you handle international requirements?

We review international inquiries case by case. What is possible depends on the destination, the intended use and the purchasing program involved, and availability, documentation and shipping requirements are reviewed for each inquiry. Start with the purchasing path guide.

  • How are freight and receiving handled?

Delivery arrangements are agreed as part of the order. Tell us the receiving location, any site access or unloading limits and who will accept the equipment, and we will confirm how it will arrive.

  • What about warranty?

Warranty terms come from the manufacturer and vary by brand, product and configuration. We will tell you which warranty applies to what you are buying rather than quote a single blanket term.

  • What support is available after delivery?

Call or email our team with the unit and the issue. Service, parts and warranty questions go to customer support, which lists the phone and email actions.

  • Registering in SAM — where do I start?

See SAM, UEI and CAGE — getting started for a short orientation and links to the official SAM.gov and DLA pages. Registration and the Unique Entity ID are free.

  • How can a supplier or manufacturer reach Aria?

Through Become a supplier. Introductions are handled by phone and email — tell us what you build, the regions you serve and the equipment areas you cover.
