Sourcewell conducts competitive solicitations and awards supplier contracts that eligible agencies can use for their purchasing requirements. Find a relevant contract, review its scope, and request a quote from the awarded supplier or participating dealer.

Before you buy
Who can participate
The current registration page welcomes government and education entities. Canadian organizations are directed to Canoe. Nonprofit organizations should contact Sourcewell to confirm the appropriate eligibility and registration route.
Cost and participation
Participation is free and carries no obligation to purchase. Sourcewell calls the identifier on a participating agency's record an account number — the same thing buyers often call a member number. If you are not sure whether your organization already has one, look it up before starting a new registration.
For the purchasing file
Retain the selected contract documents, the quote and your organization's approvals. Your agency remains responsible for its own procurement rules and funding conditions.
How purchasing works

Confirm whether your organization already has an account, or register through Sourcewell.

Review the contract
Read the awarded supplier's contract and the equipment or services it covers.

Request a quote
Ask the supplier or dealer for a quote using your Sourcewell account number and the applicable contract number.

Complete the order
Complete your agency's purchasing review and finalize the order with the supplier or dealer.
