Canoe combines member purchasing demand and competitively tenders standing-offer contracts for Canadian organizations. Buyers retain control over their purchases and can use its programs to find relevant awarded suppliers.

Before you buy
Who can join
Membership serves public-sector and nonprofit organizations across Canada, including municipalities, Indigenous communities, educational institutions, hospitals, emergency services and other eligible organizations. Start with Canoe's membership team or the representative for your province or territory.
Cost and participation
No membership fee or minimum purchase is required to access the procurement program. Participation is voluntary and non-exclusive, and the enrollment form must be completed by someone authorized to bind the organization.
Prepare for enrollment
Organization name and type, province or territory, address, primary and procurement contacts, accounts payable details, physical shipping addresses and authorized signatory details. Canoe's form does not accept PO boxes as shipping addresses.
