The National Cooperative serves eligible governmental entities outside Texas, including schools, colleges, municipalities and counties. Texas local governments and eligible political subdivisions use the Texas Cooperative; some education-related entities must also be TASB members. Nonprofits use a separate subscriber agreement rather than governmental membership.

BuyBoard publishes participation, vendor and award information for eligible buyers. Confirm your organization's participation and required approvals before you order.
Ordering responsibilities
Membership does not remove your procurement steps or guarantee legal and federal-funding compliance. Follow your organization's purchasing procedures, and confirm the applicable award period and product coverage before ordering.

Search the BuyBoard application by contract or vendor, then confirm the items and configuration covered by the award.

Issue the PO
For the traditional purchasing route, issue the purchase order to the awarded vendor, identify the BuyBoard contract number, and send the PO to BuyBoard at info@buyboard.com.
